I don’t get what you mean. Do you mean draft sites like here and draftexpress or the everyday basketball fan? I’d say the main reason either way would be how hard it is to gauge NBA prospects in foreign leagues. The basic concepts of the game are similar but they play a wildly different style of basketball in Europe and there are some players who won’t be able to adapt that to the NBA. They also get a lot less exposure nationally and scouting wise as it’s hard for some scouts to consistently update their notes about them when they’re so far away.
