    I have worksheets regarding problems and issues.  I’m supposed to distinguish scenarios between the two.

    What exactly is the different between a problem and an issue?  I was under the assumption that they meant the same thing.

     issue-An important topic or problem for debate or discussion

    problem-A matter or situation regarded as unwelcome or harmful and needing to be dealt with and overcome.
