BoomshakalakaParticipantThere are alot of players that have the skills and the size to be great but they are not, Why? Sometimes they have a bad attitude, low work ethic, weak minded, or the wrong personality to reach their full potential.
Who do you think falls in to this category?

BoomshakalakaParticipantLamar Odom – No one else his height posseses his level of skill, He could have been Durant before Durant. I think he is a bit weak minded and does not have the killer instinct to be a franchise player.
Michael Beasley – He dominated college, has a nice jumper with good range, great size, alot of moves but he has been very inconsistent in the NBA. He shows flashes but thats it. We all know he had his battles with depression. I think that is what is holding him back from being an elite player
J.R. Smith – Potential to be a top scorer in this league but does not have the right attitude. He also should Want to become a better defender.
Terrence Williams – Great athleticism, is a great passer, good rebounder for his size, Ability to be a triple double threat but has a bad attitude, he does not seem to mesh well with his coaches.

Chilbert arenasParticipantCouldn’t agree more with Boomshakalaka ^ (I lose sleep trying to figure out why T-will can’t live up to his potential) except Beasley still has time, he would have been a senior in college his year . But one of my biggest disappointments…
- Gerald Green- Had size and fluid athletic ability that rivals t-mac but didn’t have to work ethic to improve his ball handling and jump shot
