    Well-deserved. Stat line that really hasn’t been duplicated in nba history and he kept the nuggets in contention without Jamal Murray. This one was pretty much a no-brainer if you ask me.
    Jokic (at 41 in 2014) is by far the lowest drafted player to ever win the MVP award. The previous was a tie between Giannis and Nash who were both drafted at 15.

    No complaint with this at all, he had a ridiculously great season, and Denver finished close enough to the top of the west that it isn’t a case of rewarding empty stats (like Westbrook’s MVP a few years ago).

    However, I think Gobert dominates games defensively as much as Joker dominates them offensively. And Giannis is maybe unique in that he’s a top 5 player on offense and also top 5 on defense.

    The NBA should probably just change “MVP” to “Offensive Player of the Year,” because that’s what it usually ends up being.

    The Joke’s on Them !! is 1 of the T-Shirts Nuggets coach Micheal Malone has worn since Jokic was announced as MVP..

    But he deserved the award..Top 5 in points/assists/rebounds .Despite having so many Haters lead by Nick Wright saying he was the worst MVP candidate in the past 40 years….
    MVP Awards goes to the player who had the best season ,not the best player in the league..Jokic kept The Nuggets afloat ,so many media members and fans wrote them off after Murray went down with the injury..Jokic has them in the semifinals…He might not be the most popular player in the league..But he’s 1 of the best..

    My Question is WHO THE HELL GAVE DERRICK ROSE A 1st PLACE VOTE?!!
