    Best: Rajon Rondo (2006)
    Rondo slipped in the draft due to questions about his ability to shoot the ball. Those questions have persisted, but it hasn’t stopped him from having a very good career. He has led the NBA in assists 3 three times and made 4 consecutive All-Star games from 2009 through 2013. During the big 3 era, he at times was Boston’s best player, and he has always been the type who seems to raise his game the higher the stakes.

    Worst: Pavel Podkolzin (2004)
    Podkolzin’s size (7-5) made him a first round pick. Dallas quickly realized he wasn’t worth the investment. He appeared in a total of 6 games over 2 seasons before being waived.
