    Best: Gus Williams (1975)
    This was a very close call between Gus Williams and Larry Nance for me. Both were very All-Star caliber players for over a decade in the league. Nance made 3 All-Star teams in his career while Williams only made 2. However, Williams was selected first team All-NBA in 1982 and was also the Sonics leading scorer during the championship run in 1979.
    Other contenders: Larry Nance (1981) Paul Pressey (1982) Zyndrunas Illgauskas (1996) Jameer Nelson (2004) Caris LeVert (2016)

    Worst: Larry Knight (1979)
    Knight was drafted by the Jazz but never played one second in the NBA. His professional resume on Wikipedia indicates that he played one season for the team that won the CBA championship in 1980. After that it appears his basketball career was over.
    Other contenders: Julius Hodge (2005) Paul Grant (1997) B.J. Tyler (1994) John Turner (1991)

    Gus Williams was known as ‘ The Wizard’. He and Dennis Johnson formed one of the best backcourts 8n NBA history. His late brother xRay passed away in 2013. Older Knicks might remember his Backcourt mate Michael Ray Richardson. All 4 guards were talented guards.
