Duke coach Mike Krzyzewski reached out to 2015 Iona Prep small forward Matt Ryan on Saturday.

“Coach called to let me know how sincere their interest and his interest is in me,” Ryan told SNY.tv. “He said he loves my skillset and they can help improve my weaknesses if I go there. He is also going to come see me play at Iona during the season.”

Steve associate head coach Steve Wojciechowski visited the 6-foot-6 Ryan at Iona Prep earlier this fall.

Kentucky and North Carolina also reached to Ryan recently, as reported here.

UNC assistant Hubert Davis followed up Friday with a call to Rich Ryan, Matt’s dad, and Kentucky’s Orlando Antigua has been in touch with Matt.
